The present owner has put a lot of time and labour into the cottage's transformation. They were mindful of keeping original features whilst also incorporating new necessary conveniences.
Every room has been restored to combine both old world charm whilst incorporating modern lifestyle and needs. The entrance porch, along with the old open fireplaces are reminiscent of yester- year . On entering, you are immediately aware of the feature flooring and the custom made bar which incorporates c.d holders. The kitchen boasts white wooden country style units with attractive handles that are very well complimented to good effect by a light wooden counter top. The units are at eye and floor level and there are three feature glass units and open shelving provides plenty of storage space. Here we find all appliances and white goods which are to be included in the sale (electric hob & oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer and a dishwasher). The master bedroom boasts a wall to wall walk-in wardrobe. In the living room there is a large open fireplace with a wooden surround, granite hearth and cast iron insert perfect for those wintry days and nights.
