From Dungarvan, drive to Cappoquin, continue in the direction of Lismore, turn right at the Bridge (see the sign for Ballyduff), turn right at the sign for Ballysaggart, pass Lismore Golf Club, continue along this road for 5 miles approx. to Ballysaggart drive through the village for approx. one mile and turn right drive for half a mile approx. up the hill and down the hill then turn right onto the approach road to the property. This road is presently in poor condition and is soon to be resurfaced by the forestry department. There is no Sherry FitzGerald Reynolds "For Sale" on the property.
