The placement of this property is exceptional, with views over rolling green fields further enhancing that country feel and yet you can enjoy this rural living whilst remaining easily accessible to the towns of Navan, Kells and Athboy with the M3 motorway only moments from your door.
There is no shortage of services immediately local to the property with a national school, Church and GAA clubs all at hand whilst a closely linked set of small neighbouring communities; Bohermeen, Fordstown, Cortown and the local Gaeltacht area Baile Ghib (Gibbstown), ensure a broader selection of amenities – national schools, shops, churches, post offices, pubs, sports clubs, community centres etc.
Meath’s county town, Navan, provides all the amenities required in sustaining a modern lifestyle, primary and secondary schools and Our Lady’s Hospital for the more necessary services. In the town centre can be found wide variety of retailers both local and national, many based in the commercial hub of Navan Shopping Centre. During medieval times this was the site of festivals including one at which winter fires were lit at Samhain, the precursor of the modern Halloween. In these modern times both thriving and expanding towns offer a wealth community and recreational facilities and are bound to have a future every bit as successful as their pasts.
