Planning permission

Planning permission was granted on the 31st July 2007 (a full information pack can be furnished on request).

The information is summarised as follows:

• The retention of No: 2 – 5 Le Bas Terrace, but with the lean – to extensions to the rear removed and the gardens shortened.
• Block A: The partial retention and extension of No. 6 Le Bas Terrace and conversion to 10 apartments with parking.
• Block B: 4 no. 3 – bedroom, 3 storey townhouses (c. 110-116 sq m) with parking.
• Block C: 4 no. 2- bedroom, 2 storey mews houses (c. 89 sq m) with parking.

On appeal, An Bord Pleanala granted permission on the 28th November 2008 (subsequently amended on the 1st December 2008) for the development as above, but the number of apartments reduced to 6 ( 1 x 1 bedroom, 4 x 2 bedrooms & 1 x 3 bedrooms).
