Tormey Lee was founded by Conor Tormey and Aine Lee in January 2007 due to the ever growing need for property in Dublin's border counties. With the opening of the new N2 motorway, Ashbourne has now almost become a suburb of Dublin, with a commuting distance of less than 35 minutes. The M50 is a mere 12 minutes away. Both Conor and Aine spent some time with other estate agents, and decided to join forces and open their own business.
