Another bedroom for 2 is also sometimes available for booking with this bedroom for 4 (for a group of 6 guests - 6 single beds or A Superking bed and 2 singles can be made up for you in the larger bedroom! If required - great for families! Recommended Family home is in a very quite, safe, leafy suburban residential area South of the City (5km). Super shop selling hot food, sandwiches until the afternoon and a Shopping Centre with McDonalds and Starbucks just down the road. Accommodation is best suited to tourists/full time workers/internship students. I am not accommodating guests working from my home. Breakfast is not provided but tea/coffee and biscuits are always available. The household key information will be provided to you once full payment for your stay has been received and is due in cash on arrival. Close to Naas Road. (M50/Red Cow), Tallaght, Terenure, Rathfarnham with the bus to the City just a few minutes walk. Free parking! Wifi 24/7 Library, pubs, ATM's, beauticians, hairdressers locally. Dublin airport from 20 min drive via the M50. There is an excellent choice of bus links close by which travel to the city and beyond. The 9, S4, 27, 77A, 123, 18 & 150 bus routes are all between 4 - 10 minutes walk away with typical bus journey time to the city centre just 30 minutes or less. Luas (tram) red line is 25 minutes walk away while the M50 motorway is easily accessible, approx 5 minute drive. Great for those who would like to make day trips to other parts of Dublin and the country, North, South, West). 1 resident cat, mainly outdoors! Check in time from 3pm and preferably before 8pm. No earlier arrival or luggage drop off requests before 3pm please. Check out up to 10am on departure day —Strict! The kitchen/dining area is available to guests up to 10.30am daily and from 6pm. No Cooking is permitted due to strict Insurance conditions, however, you can use the microwave, kettle, toaster. Smoking is fine but never in the house, the back garden only! A light breakfast is provided! My address must not be used for residency, opening a Bank Account etc or for receiving mail etc in the post! No unpaid guests on the premises at any time. There will be a small charge for washing/drying clothes. Profile pics are required for booking!

Room for 4 - 4 single beds on 1st floor overlooking garden. Large wardrobe, large chest of drawers, laminate wood flooring. Smart TV. Bedroom 1 - Room with 2 single size beds. Wardrobe, locker/lamp. Clean towels and hairdryer provided. Overlooking front garden.
