Our home is located very close to Swords village on the north side of Dublin and approx 5 minutes drive from Dublin Airport. Grace and Barry live in a semi-detached terraced house ( in what was the first housing estate to be built in the village) with their 2 boys, Jack and Gavin , the family dog, Suki - a Tibetian Spaniel, and 2 cats. There are 4 bedrooms in our home, two of which are en-suite. In addition to the sitting room, we have a spacious family area comprising the kitchen/dining area and living area complete with its own stove - perfect on cold winter nights! The whole ground floor of the house is very open, airy and bright. The gardens front and back are spacious and lovely to sit out in. Barry's main profession is carpentry and he is . Grace is a full-time mum. Jack is working and Gavin is a student . The family enjoy walking, camping, exploring the local area and going to the cinema. Barry loves golfing and motorbikes. Grace enjoys gardening and collecting recipes. Nearby attractions include Swords Park and Swords Castle - a perfect place for a stroll or perhaps a game of tennis? For those who like to shop, there is the Pavillions Shopping Center which has over 65 shops and a cinema.
