Local supermarket with daily UK papers, a couple of bars, a great bakery and coffee shop, a Mediterraen restaurant and Chinese only 2 mins walk. 15 mins walk to 6 other restaurants and scuba diving facilities. Even an electric cooler box for trips to the beach. The fully fitted kitchen has every amenity, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceraminc hob & oven and great selection of dinner ware New, serving dishes, we even have a serving trolley! Acrylic glasses and plates for around the pool, ordinary glasses and cut crystal glasses for indoors; plus lots of quality extras like blender, wok, cafeteire, micro with grill, plus all the normal items. Villa has a safe and security alarm system. 2 car park spaces and only 2 mins walk to the nearest bakery, restaurants, takeaway, pubs and small supermarket with UK newspapers. The villa is a modern recent build with landscaped gardens, enjoying both sea and mountain views from the upper terrace which has a spacious alfresco dining area with built in barbeque, entering the villa to a large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and stereo, this room also comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar area. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large ensuite and two twin bedrooms all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and fitted with ceiling fans. The main bathroom is located between the twin bedrooms. The pool area is to the rear of the villa at a lower level which is both very private & secure & can be entered from the upper terrace of the villa via a lockable gate. The pool area is spacious and contains a shaded pergola with a surrounding sunbathing area with pool side show, the pool is heated in the winter months.
