The main bedroom boasts a super king bed, wardrobe, bedside lockers, chest of drawers and en-suite. Bedroom two, has two single beds, bedside locker, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are two bathrooms. One is en-suite, with large shower unit, wc, bidet. The main bathroom has the same facilities and are tastefully decorated. The kitchen includes, cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Washing machine in the kitchen, drying rack located in drying room area on the roof terrace. Ryan Air have direct flights on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They depart Dublin 07.00 and arrive Fuerteventura 11.10. Return Flight departs Fuerteventura at 11.45 and arrives Dublin at 16.05 Ryan Air fly direct from Cork every Sunday up untill end of March 2011 and from April 2011 it will be a Saturday flight. The Fuerteventura Region Corralejo has the best sand dunes & beaches in the Canary Islands & are only a short distance from the apartment. Corralejo enjoys 3000 hours of sunshine a year & for those of you that do not drive there is a bus depot in the centre of town. There are buses to take you all over the island leaving you to enjoy the views & have a glass of wine with lunch. I would highly recommend seeing El Cotillo as the beaches & lagoons are just stunning. The swell of the surf is ideal for the surfing. Antigua has the sleepy picturesque charm & is one of the oldest village's on the island dating back to the 18th Century. The church dates back to 1785 & still opens in the mornings only to the public. There are many attractions to discover & different aspects of the Island's landscape and culture such as the Betancuria Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography & the craft Village in Tefia. Corralejo Area Corralejo is a hive of activity with many attractions for those who are looking for adventure. Snorkeling, diving, surfing, boat trips, power kites, buggies & bicycle hire & many more all can be booked locally. There is also a new 9 hole golf course 5 mins drive from the apartment & an 18 hole course in Caleta de Fuste 45 mins drive.If you are looking for a relaxing break on the beach you won't be disapointed, this apartment has many beaches close by & the famous sand dunes are within easy reach. If you hire a car you can visit many of the hidden gems on the Island the fabulous coves & seclued beaches are just bliss. There are many restarunts & bars in Corralejo, Rosie O'Grady's is an family friendly Irish bar & restaraunt & is one of my favoruites for home cooked food & great craic. Edele & Annie will look after you just like home where you can enjoy an evening of Trad & Country music with Line Dancing or the quiz but be warned they can stay up very very late...Las Playitas on the harbour front serves the best steak & hot garlic prawns in town & the service is second to none, the staff really know how to look after you. There are far to many restaruants & bars I like for you to go round them all. Be adventurous have a saunter down the harbour for the freshest seafood. Or round the town & the back streets where there are many hidden treasures of bars & eateries for you to sample. Corralejo has managed to retain its original charm and atmosphere, and there are still white sandy beaches in the town centre where you can go down and soak up the Canaries sunshine & have a cocktail. Getting There Aer Lingus & Ryanair fly direct to Fuerteventura from Dublin twice a week on Saturdays & Tuesdays, there are also many UK bases to fly from. Ryanair have since amended there luggage allowance & costs for inforamation check out there website for futher details. Once at the airport the journey time to the apartment is approx 35mins drive. We can arrange private collection & transfer for €70 return or you can take a taxi to the apartment for €45 one way. Car hire is available at the airport though we would recommend you shop around as prices vary greatly. There is also a bus service to Puerto del Rosario where you get the connection to Corralejo. Once in Corralejo the bus stops close to the apartment (200m) just adjascent to Flintsones Bar.
