Topacio 3 is a 2 bedroomed apartment on a first floor, at the end of a first line block with excellent surrounding views towards the lake and town and also lateral views to the sea from both balconies. There are 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Main Living room with sofa bed and 2 large Balconies (one is south facing). There is a new Flat sceen TV with satellite channels , DVD player and CD/Radio. New photos of the apartment will follow in April. Both Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms and main living room has fans and air conditioning. The apartment was designed to be comfortable and easily maintained. This apartment was recently decorated and there is a new sofa,and arm chair supplied for this year. The villa is a modern recent build with landscaped gardens, enjoying both sea and mountain views from the upper terrace which has a spacious alfresco dining area with built in barbeque, entering the villa to a large open plan lounge with satellite TV, DVD and stereo, this room also comprises of a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar area. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a large ensuite and two twin bedrooms all bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and fitted with ceiling fans. Loma Verda is a very popular holiday apartment compex in Puerto del Carmen and our terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. The bar in the complex has a pool table and a sandy children's play park. The apartment is very comfortable and is presented to a very high standard.
