About Eoin Dillon & Assoc Real Estate Alliance

Eoin Dillon & Associates was formed in January 2002. Having completed his studies in agriculture Eoin went on to do a Diploma in Property Management in Galway RTC and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University.

Following his studies Eoin worked in Dublin with Brendan J. Walsh and Associates for over four years. During this period Eoin specialised in commercial property and had the benefit of being involved in some high profile sales, acquisitions, lettings, valuations and rent reviews.

Eoin is the only Chartered Valuation Surveyor operating from North Tipperary and one of a very small number of Chartered Surveyors working from outside Dublin.

Sinead Daly B.Sc. MIAVI joined the company in 2004. Sinead has a B.Sc.(Hon's) Degree in Real Estate Management and a National Diploma in Property Management along with over 6 years experience with Sherry FitzGerald McMahon, Ennis where she was a senior property negotiator prior to joining Eoin Dillon & associates Real Estate Alliance.

Elizabeth Ryan joined the company in 2002 with a post leaving certificate qualification in office management and looks after the residential lettings and property management.
