Our spacious and comfortable villa is located in the Sandy Ridge Neighborhood prestigious development Florida, USA, and is professionally furnished to the highest standard throughout with a fabulous private pool to cool down in under the florida sun. Taking care about your kids we installed a child safety screen and under water light in the pool.
Our Villa consists of a large comfortable living area with a 50" plasma T.V. ,leading into the dining area and breakfast bar. The modern kitchen with all essential appliances, including large American washing machine and tumble dryer, will make your holiday complete.
With Two bright Twin Rooms and Two Comfortable Master bedrooms, with flat screened T.V's, 3.5 bathrooms theres room for all the family .
Our large relaxing private pool with its luxuary furnishings make our sunny villa a great place to spend a memorable family vacation or indeed any holiday vacation in a warm and sunny climate. We also have a games room with an American pool table.
Our villa benefits from controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room and also outside in the lanai area.

Our Orlando holiday Villa is located two miles from Exit 58 on Interstate 4 - one exit down from Disney which is only 9 minutes to Disneyworlds gates. Only 2 minutes to get to prestigious Reunion Ginn PGA golf course. World renowned golf courses Reunion and Champions Gate offer recommended restaurants, fashionable shops, handy supermarket, necessary gas stations, and great takeaways such as MacDonald’s and more.
This means that you can tailor your holiday time to suit your wants and needs - Don't cook if you don't want to or hold a barbeque!!
Because our Florida Villa is located so close to Interstate 4 many family activities and theme parks are all very easy to get to. For example Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Islands of adventure, Sea World, Blizzard Beach, International Drive and Old Town are just a few minutes drive from the Interstate resulting in a great family vacation that you will all remember. Busch Gardens is another popular attraction which is a bit further to travel (approx 1 hour drive from Interstate 4), however it is worth the drive!
