There is also a bathroom on the first floor with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. The ground floor living accommodation consists of an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and a sitting room with woodburner and patio doors. There is also a first floor entrance hall. Outside there is ample off road parking, a decked area, lawns and a patio with furniture and BBQ.
