Within the Azur Vision 2010 Plan, Martinsa-Fadesa won the tender offer in the competition held by the Government of Morocco for the development of Mediterranea Saïdia, a large tourist and residential resort in the north of the country, opposite the coast of Almeria. The resort will have about 17,000 hotel beds, 3,111 residential units, three golf courses, recreational area and the services of a sports harbour with 800 mooring points.
