Loma Verda is a ground floor apartment that sleeps five people comfortably. The apartment has one double bedroom with a king size bed and their is a seperate bedroom with bunk beds and a spare bed. Alternative bedding can be arranged if required to allow a maximum capacity of 6 people.



Loma Verda is a very popular holiday apartment compex in Puerto del Carmen and our terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. The bar in the complex has a pool table and a sandy children's play park.



The apartment is very comfortable and is presented to a very high standard. We have recently added new leather sofas and dining furniture and have English channels available on our new 32" flat screen tv.

APRIL 2012

I am pleased to annouce that we now have a new admin company and all issues on our complex have been solved IE the swimming pool is being fixed on 11 April 2012 and completion will be 2 May 2012, we now have 24 hrs security and an electric gate with easy access for pedestrians in the form of a security coded keypad the number will be supplied to my guests on completion of their booking.

To ensure you get the best out of your holiday I have a book listing of all places of interest and trips for the old and young alike. Please advise me after checking all out if you are happy to book as dissapointments cannot be rectified after you return home.



This does not suit everyone but if you are looking for a cheap getaway in the sunshine with an apartment which has all the comforts of home, then this apartment is for you.
