- 2 Bedrooms:- Fitted wardrobes, one double bed and two single beds)



- 2 Large Balconies (one South & West facing and one North & West Facing - panoramic views to Lake, Calpe town, Mountains and lateral views to sea. Outdoors chairs and tables supplied on both balconies.



- New Flat Screen TV. Also DVD and CD/Radio supplied.



- Air conditioned and ceiling fans.



- Fully Fitted Kitchen:- 4 ring cooker (GAS),electric grill/oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster. Also washing machine on North facing balcony. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are provided.



- 2 Bathrooms:- one with shower/bath and en suite shower.



The apartment was designed to be comfortable and easily maintained and is suitable for a holiday base all year round.



As we are constantly updating and improving this apartment the sofa bed and chair will be replaced in April this year. New photos will follow. The apartment was painted last year.
