a lovely cosy double room availabe for a female to rent out preferably. the house is shared with two other girls, very easy to get on with and are very friendly. a cat also lives in the house. plenty of parking , share of bathroom and shower with one other girl, washing machine, micro wave , cable connection ready to watch in bedroom,this cable tv connection is free no bill for this connection!!!!! just need television.quiet area , lovely front and back garden. good size sitting room, leather couches with upc digital tv. all bills shared but are very cheap . this house is acroos the road from main tescos ardkeen, across from main bus route into city, near to shops and pubs and other importanat services and five mins from waterford regional hospital.plenty of storage.
