Michael H. Daniels & Co. was established in 1996 to provide a niche service to clients, whether as vendors or purchasers, of exclusive and distinctive real estate in Ireland.


Acquiring or disposing of a property, especially if one is based abroad can be expensive, complicated and time consuming with many traps for the unwary. The buying and selling process does not always work in the same way as in others countries - in Ireland, a significant number of prime properties are bought and sold privately without ever coming to the open market.
