Lowe & Associates was established in 1988 and since then has grown for 2 to 35 staff. We are now one of the leading Irish residential sales and letting estate agencies in Dublin. The companys first office on Rathmines Road Lower has expanded over the years and now handles lettings, sales, valuations and Auctions. We also have offices in Palmerstown, Drumcondra, Tallaght and Finglas



Prior to setting up Lowe & Associates, John Lowe had worked for many years in the estate agency business and gained valuable experience in this specialised area. Estate agency has evolved dramatically since the early 90s, becoming a far more efficient and effective process. Procedures have improved, technology has evolved and Lowe and Associates has met these demands, implementing best practice models and procedures with cutting edge technology and software systems throughout. The company has grown through word of mouth and recommendations, taking an approach that differs from the traditional practice of sales and letting agents. We are a hands-on agency, with a far greater involvement in the procedures of sales and lettings and greater flexibility is our trademark.



All our agents appreciate that viewings and valuations have to fit in with our customers busy lifestyles. We understand that values of conducting viewing outside standard working hours to accommodate the widest possible spectrum of tenants and prospective purchasers.
