ERA Downey McCarthy was formed in October 2003 by Michael Downey and Sean McCarthy. The firm was voted the 'ERA Broker of The Year' for four years in succession, 2006,2007,2008 & 2009. The principals, both Qualified Financial Advisors and graduates from UCC, have over 30 years experience of property sales and financial services between them.

ERA Downey McCarthy provide expert advice in all areas of Property Sales and Lettings as well as Financial Services and Independent Mortgage Advice. The firm has superb modern offices at 39 Grand Parade, Cork. The location is ideal for auctioneering and financial services being close to the heart of the city centre. It boasts the largest window space of any firm in the city with a total of 14 windows to display property. Five consultation rooms offer clients the opportunity to discuss their details in private. An overhead multi storey car park with 400 spaces ensures ease of access as well as maximum footfall.
