How we approach your Property Transaction:
Selling or buying a home is often one of the largest financial transactions that you can undertake. But it does not need to be one of the most stressful !
Ultimately, every property has a value and that value is determined by the market place at any given time. In other words, it is the buyers that ultimately decide how much they are willing to spend to acquire any particular property.
From a sellers prospective, regardless of the value of the property, their home means a lot to them and they deserve to get the best service and their property to be given the best chance of achieving it’s best possible price. My approach to sellers therefore is to listen to what they like about their home and environment as these are generally the things that will appeal to a potential purchaser.
From a buyers perspective, and particularly in the current market where a lot of property is available, it is equally important that I understand their wish list for their dream home as this allows me to present to them only properties which fit their criteria.
