Property to share in Booterstown, Co. Dublin

Hi all, first off, thanks for looking at my ad! Appreciate the clicks and interest. While I appreciate the room is expensive, the reason this is so is purely because the rent is expensive; please check out any of the apartments to rent on myhome.ie or daft.ie in Thornwood to see the kind of rents they're getting- between €1,350 - €1,495 monthly. I am on the lookout for a replacement for my current flatmate who is (supa' sad face!) moving out in May due to her contract finishing up. The apartment itself is very large, very modern with all the necessary mod cons along with the additions that I myself have which account for a 42" (I think!) TV, an Apple TV, Wii (with a subscription to Netflix), UPC with all channels except sports, 25MB broadband etc. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a seperate utility area which is great as it keeps the noise of the washing machine as far away as possible in an open plan living space! The floors are all solid wood, the kitchen and bathrooms have granite finish, the bathrooms have underfloor heating (radiators in the other rooms) along with towel rails for drying the towels. The apartment is own door and four floors up with a distant view of the sea. To the back, just off the living area, is the balcony which leads on to the N11 but really extends the apartment even further. The apartment comes with a parking space which is included in this room and the room itself has sole use of the main bathroom which includes the bath. The apartment boasts ample storage & it's very warm, cosy & a really nice place to live- one of the nicest places I have ever lived. The N11 QBC which takes in the 46a/145/7b/7d is just outside along with the 47 which goes through Sandyford and the 17 which goes to Blackrock. The DART is an 11 minute walk also. I myself am 26, (I was 25 the last time I wrote this but que cera!), an avid fan of trashy television, a massive gym head, total techie/Apple nerd & fond of a good night out.
