We are looking for a relaxed, tidy, socialable housemate(s) to rent a room until the end of September to share with the 2 of us. We are in our early to mid twenties. I am an actress/drama teacher and my other housemate is a modelmaker. Ideally we would like people near to our own age,with similar interests. Downstairs : Decent sized living room with 3 seater couch and 2 armchairs, fireplace,coffee table and tv/media unit. Decent sized kitchen with table and 4 chairs, fridgefreezer, gas stove, electric oven,dishwasher, microwave, blender, sandwich maker etc. Lots of cupboard space. There is another room downstairs which is currently a bedroom but we will be turning it into a dining room/office/games room at the beginning of June - whatever suits the needs of the people living in the house. In the photos it has a dining room table which is currently in the kitchen. I have a spare couch and a tv unit which can be moved into this room. This room also has a fireplace. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a bath and electric shower and sink, the toilet is a separate room beside it, plus the 3 bedrooms. The available bedroom has fitted wardrobes (5 doors : shelves, drawers and hanging space) with plenty of storage space, double bed and bedside locker. In the back garden there is a a large shed which is great for storage or can be a workspace/studio for art etc. The number 4 bus stops right outside our house which goes straight into town. Blackrock, Dun Laoghaire and Monkstown all within 20 mins walk should you need to get the dart, or you can get the bus to the dart station. Lidl and Supervalu only 10 mins walk from the house. Other bus routes nearby are the 46a,75,45 and 63.
