Property to share in Dolphins Barn, Dublin 8

There are currently 7 people living in the house from many different nations Brazil, Austria,France,Turkey,Cuba,Ireland & Australia. The house is close to the city centre , about 25 mins walk from St. Stephen's Green or Temple Bar . The bedroom is to be shared with one brazilian guy very friendly and easygoing. . . so . . isn't available to brazilians ( VAGA NAO DISPONIVEL PARA BRASILEIROS) All the people living in the house are friendly , outgoing and funny creating a wonderful atmosphere in the house. Lidl is less than 1 min walk away , with centra even close, there is a bus stop serving the city centre less than one minute from the house (for those wet days) as when the day is dry the walk is quite nice. There is also luas serving the north side of the city less than 5 mins walk away the house has two bathrooms and the bedroom has a private.
