Garville Rd, Rathgar, Dublin 6, South Dublin City - House share 1 Bedroom Available (Single room - EUR85 weekly) Hi, I am student and I ll came back in my country for the summer ( from the 22nd of June untill the third week of september ). I am looking for a nice person that is interested to stay in the house for the summer period. I am hoping to find somebody who like this room and house and be willing to keep it well. (1) The landlord is a very nice and easy-going lady. She gives us clean bed sheets twice a month, and is very responsible. I like her a lot. She is living not very far away. (2) My two housemates are very nice and clean and tidy. One is also a PhD in UCD, and the other girl is working in the office. (3) We do not need to pay for the heating. It is included in the rent. But we need to share the bills of electricity and internet. (4) The house has a big kitchen, large sitting room, living room, bathroom and big garden. (5) Good locations: one minutes from the bus stop of 15/a/b/c, 65/b, 74/a, 14, etc. 10 minutes to Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Dunns around Swan centre. Very nice accommodation. Strongly recommended
