There are 3 people living in the house at the moment in mid twenties and we are looking for an other to share with. There is WiFi internet access in the house. We are easy going enough. The Sutton Dart station is only 1 minute walk away, Howth is 5 minutes away, and the city centre is 20 minutes away on the DART. The 102... bus to dublin airport and Baldoyle,portmarnock,malahide,swords stops outside the door. There is lots of car parking space.Sutton Cross is 5 minutes walk away, where there is a Superquinn & Xtra-vision & chemist. There is Sky plus in the house, which is good for recording programmes. Baldoyle is 5 minutes walk away. The single room is 2.9M X 2.18M. The double room is 3.63M X 3.26M. The bills are not included in the rent, but are usually around €30 per month.
