The living area, which has a slate floor, is open plan and welcoming, and includes a woodburner and piano, as well as a kitchen and dining area. There is a wet room on the ground floor, and another wet room in the outside utility area. Downstairs are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, while upstairs is a further double bedroom which is accessed by an open to the cosy mezzanine sitting area, a perfect spot for losing yourself in a good book.
The lawned garden enjoys views towards Lough Derg and the River Shannon.
