The accommodation in each house comprises of a large sitting room with a leather suite, wooden floors, gas fire, 32'' TV, DVD player, mini Hi-Fi, broadband and satellite TV. The kitchen/ diner is fully fitted with a dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, TV and radio / cd player.
There is a downstairs toilet and from the kitchen there are patio doors leading to the garden, which has garden furniture.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, wooden floors, TV, clock radio, iron, and en-suite.
The second bedroom has two single beds, wooden floors, TV and a radio / cd player. The single bedrooms are a good size and the family bathroom is fully tiled with a shower over the bath.
