The Village comprises high quality, purpose-built single or twin apartments each containing bedrooms with en suite bathrooms that share kitchen and living accomodation. It also includes individually planned town houses, designed to house groups of three, four, five or seven people in single rooms with en suite bathrooms, sharing kitchen and dining area's with en-suite. All rooms have internet access.

5 person town house:
These cater for 5 people and consist of 4 bedrooms - 3 single bedrooms sharing a shower, toilet and wash hand basin; and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is a kitchen / living room for all 5 people to share.

7 person town house:
These mews townhouses cater for 7 people and consist of 5 single rooms sharing 2 bathrooms, and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, making a total of 3 bathrooms for the entire house. They also have a communal kitchen / living quarters.

College Court Apartments

These apartments cater for 4 people. They consists of 2 twin bedrooms, a bathroom, a seperate shower with toilet and wash hand basin and a kitchen / living room.

College Court Apartments with en-suite bathrooms:

These 7-people apartments contain 5 single rooms and one twin room each.
Singles - a single room with private shower, hand basin and toilet.
Twin - a twin room sharing an en suite bathroom.
There are also kitchen / living rooms and an additional toilet in each apartment.

The kitchen in every apartment and townhouse is equipped with a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. And also has a kettle, a fridge, an iron / ironing board and a microwave. Colour TV with cable and a vacuum cleaner is also provided for each house or apartment.
