Rathgar Area Guide

Rathgar is south of the city centre. Rathgar is a predominantly residential area with excellent local amenities, including primary and secondary schools, a nursing home, child-care and sports facilities, and good public transport to the city centre. Beautiful red brick terraces line the streets and much of Rathgar is within a conservation zone which prevents alternation to the current building structures.
