Clongriffin Area Guide

Clongriffin is a new area of Dublin City and is Ireland's largest residential development built around a new town centre and DART station. There are over 3,500 homes being constructed in Clongriffin Town Centre. The town forms the commercial centre and transport hub, including extensive retail and commercial space, hotel and leisure, entertainment and community facilities. Local transport includes park and ride facilities to Dublin city, a railway station at Portmarnock, a bus link to the Malahide Quality bus corridor and easy access to the M1, the airport and beyond. A new DART station is planned top be opened in 2009.
