Sherry FitzGerald Lannon was established in 1978 at 42 Shop Street, Drogheda. The company was originally founded by Michael Lannon after returning from the UK, having successfully managed Lannon Estates in Willesden, NW London. After 13 years in Drogheda, Michael joined forces with Giles Belton who became a Director in 1994.
Giles had worked in the company since 1984. Michelle Lannon joined the firm in 1986 and Martin Lannon later joined in 1998. Since 1978 this well renowned company has grown from strength to strength to become the leading auctioneering firm in the north east. The company joined Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide in 1999 and offer a more structured and streamlined service under a nationally recognised brand name. The company is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).
