McCarrick and Sons Real Estate Alliance is a family owned and run estate agency which has been established in Tubbercurry since 1950’s.

The present Firm Principal Roger McCarrick B.A. F.I.A.V. I. A.C.I. Arb. took over the running of the business in 1985 after the death of his father Patrick McCarrick who had established the firm.

Roger McCarrick is a highly qualified and experiences estate agent and was honoured some years ago by being enrolled as Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute. The I.A.V.I. represents nearly 2000 qualified auctioneers, estate agents, valuers and property professionals throughout Ireland and abroad.

McCarricks & Sons is part of the estate agency network Real Estate Alliance which has approx 45 offices nationwide. This network of independently run property firms comprises some of Irelands highest qualified property professionals and since becoming a member of the group in 2003 Roger McCarrick has found the national profile of his business increase and the service to his clients improve.

McCarrick & Sons Real Estate Alliance is a general property practice involved in the sale and rental of farmland and residential property, both new and secondhand. They are also involved in the sale of commercial property and development land.

Two locations:
McCarrick and Sons Real Estate Alliance has 2 offices – in Tubbercurry and in Sligo. Located 20 miles apart, the firm can offer a service throughout Co. Sligo. Both offices are located in Teeling Street, i.e. Teeling Street Tubbercurry and Teeling St. Sligo. Both offices are high profile locations, easily accessible and offering a very valuable window to display properties for sale.
