About Costelloe Estate Agents
Costelloe Estate Agents - formerly traded as John J. Costelloe and Sons - was established in Ennis town in 1954.
The Managing Director of Costelloe Estate Agents is David Costelloe, who graduated from D.I.T. Dublin in June, 1990, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Surveying.
He joined C.B.R.E. (formerly Gunne Estate Agents) after college, and was head of the industrial department, with direct responsibility for the development of sites in the Dublin area, until September, 1993. At this stage, David Costelloe returned to Ennis and re-launched John J. Costelloe and Son as Costelloe Estate Agents, and have traded from 5, Abbey Street, Ennis, ever since.
David Costelloe is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Dublin; The Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute; and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London.
A fellow director of the company is Siobhan Costelloe, who is a graduate of the College of Commerce in Rathmines in 1982. She is a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers since 1982, and has been practising in Ennis and Co. Clare since then.
A fellow director in the company is Noel Moore, who joined the practise in summer 2002. Noel Moore has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Property Valuation and Management. In 2007, Noel Moore was elected a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London; The Society of Chartered Surveyors, Dublin; and has been a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers since 2002.
As a professional firm, Costelloe Estate Agents is one of the few companies in the West of Ireland that has two qualified chartered valuation surveyors, and consequently, the depth of experience, knowledge and professionalism in dealing with all aspects of the property to the highest level.
As a result, Costelloe Estate Agents are in the enviable position of being the market leader in the Commercial Sector of the property market. As a firm, they advise a number of the key commercial developers / companies in the region on all aspects of the commercial market.
