On the instruction of Declan Taite Receiver we have been engaged to advertise and sell the assets of a number of piggeries.

Finaway Farm is a pig fattening facility on c. 28 acres - folio CN 2527, CN26511f, CN26425f, with capacity for approximately 5,400 finishers.

Accommodation:
The accommodation comprises of 14 different pig sheds with a total floor area of c. 58,000 Sq.Ft. (c. 5,388 sq. meters). In addition to these sheds there is a Canteen & toilets building, electrical & tool shed, stone shed, Feed Mixing shed with modern meal bins.

The computerized wet feed system throughout the site is of a good standard with plastic piping throughout. The mixing shed and meal bins are all of a good quality.

Additional Land:
The piggery is contained within a site of c. 7 acres including slurry tanks and circulation. The remaining c. 21 acres of ground are agricultural land with a small bit planted. The land is in the mainly of good quality.
