Clongriffin, Baldoyle, Dublin 13

The new town of Clongriffin is Ireland's largest residential development, comprising c. 3,700 new homes focused around a new Town Centre and Dart Station.

The immediate area is within Dublin's fastest growing area - the Northern Fringe, which will see c. 9,000 new homes accommodating approximately 25,000 new residents over the next 10 years.
